Ray,
Your translation pretty well describes a Model A engine. Depends on what kind of info you are looking for. As for rebuilding info. see Jim Schild's book called "Model A Restorers Shop Manual". He has a website at the Model A Trader's website but the book is available from most Model A parts suppliers.
There have been a couple of articles in "The Restorer", the quarterly magazine of the Model A Ford Club of America, on industrial uses of the Model A engine. There were several thousand built after car production ceased. They carried the same serial number sequence but may have had added on items such as governors, etc.
Any kind of specific information you are looking for?
John
