I agree with Mike on preserving what you have. But in addition you should also be aware that the only interchangable parts between an open cab and closed cab are the firewall, gas tank, and I believe, the seat risor. No other body parts are remotely similar. If you were to alter or cut the closed cab, it will always look like an altered closed cab.
: I am interested in converting a solid top pickup cab into a cloth top.Does anyone have any experience, plans, pictures, and/or source of parts for such a procedure?
