Frame brakets different fron 28 29 to 30 31 ?

i noticed that the the 2 brackets on the frame for the front body mounts dont quite line up to my body.. im using a 1930 tudor body and i figure the frame must be a 28 to 29? Am i right? Is there a difference? please email me if u know
