I agree with Greg.140 degrees is not too hot.I am confused about the condensation on the radiator shell.Water will condense on something that is cooler than the air temperature.Are you saying that water is escaping from the radiator and ending up on the radiator shell ?Is the water return pipe at the bottom of the radiator warm or hot. After 5 mins of runing take off the radiator cap and see if the water is flowing from the water pump.Please more info so we can help.
