: : I agree with Greg.140 degrees is not too hot.I am confused about the condensation on the radiator shell.Water will condense on something that is cooler than the air temperature. Are you saying that water is escaping from the radiator and ending up on the radiator shell ?Is the water return pipe at the bottom of the radiator warm or hot. After 5 mins of runing take off the radiator cap and see if the water is flowing from the water pump. Please more info so we can help.

: Guess I left something out.The first trip around the block resulted in the radiator boiling over with coolant dripping on the ground when I returned from the short trip.Seems like there might be an obstruction?I'll try the remove the cap and look idea.Kind of strange.Still think it might be a tight engine..I'll check the return pipe temperature too.

: Thanks guys..

Here's my .02 cents worth:
Could it be that your radiator man who rodded out the radiator for you replaced the overflow tube at too low a height? It doesn't seem like it should boil over at 140.
