The late 31's had a different setup.It came with a sediment bowl attached on the inlet to the carb and the fuel line enterd the from the side rather than the front of the carb. The shut off valve was in the indented portion of the fire wall. To shut the fuel off you have to open the hood unlike all the previous models.
Sounds to me that to be correct (if you care about those kinds of things) You need the side bowl & possibly the side bowl carb. I think you can get Repros of the side bowl from Bratton's, Sndyers, Mac's etc.... or look for an original
