Joe,
The "anti-rattle" springs should be installed so that they tend to restore the brake system to normal position.Springs on the front should push the brake rod toward the front of the car.The reverse for the rear springs.
Speed ?Mike Flanagan says it all "God speed under 50".Your coupe will love you for it.
Overheating?Steam is a tel-tale sign.Throwing water out around the radiator cap(and on to the windshield) or the overflow pipe is another sign a problem exists.Dont let it get that far.Find out if there is a problem and take all steps required to fix it.The cooling system is not a place for shortcuts nor can it be left to chance.Time and money spent here will make your trips and tours a lot more enjoyable.
Have fun!
Paul
