I need to replace the rivets in the front cross-member of a '31 Tudor and noticed that the holes in the frame are larger than the holes in the cross member. Is this the way it was manufactured? The kit I ordered contains 9 straight round-head rivets and about 6 flat-top rivets. The middle andrear cross-members have round-head rivets.Where do the flat-top rivets go and what should I do about the different sized holes? Thanks.
