Rebuilding 3X spark plugs

I have some original 3X spark plugs with the thick hex bottoms, but the ceramic insulators and center electrodes are shot. How can I rebuild them? Are NOS or authentic reproduction ceramic elements available? Any other suggestions? I want them for show purposes. Thanks for any advice you can give me. Jim
