: We have a powder flux in this part of the world called Tin-Sol which contains a small amount of tin. This might help you with your problem as it is used when re-metalling white metal bearings (Babbit), so maybe you could scrounge a bit from an automotive engineering shop & give it a try.

Thanks DJ.I got some tinning compound and it worked like a champ.I have one good tank now.
