Clutch chatter

I finally drove my 30 tudor around the driveway for the first time this weekend,The transmission, pressure plate, clutch, etc, were all redone by a reputable company (no longer in business, however) two years ago so I assume that it was done correctly,This was the first time that I tried to move the vehicle under its own power.The clutch chatter was really bad and it also seemed to have quite a bit of first gear noise (yes there is fluid in it),Short of tearing the trans out and redoing something, does anyone have any suggestions?
