Model "A" Engine

I have the opportunity to purchase a rebuilt Model "A"
Engine.It was never used or installed but the rebuilt
was done 5 years ago.Is there any problem with that length
of time?The person purchased it and just placed it
in the garage and left it there.Its a basic full block
with a standard crank. As long as there is oil in the block
I would think that it would be okay.
