Mark,
Either way you go with the replacement fan blade, I would make sure it is balanced.Procedures for balancing are described in a variety of how to books and increase the life of both your fan blade and outer water pump bearing. Also if you use an original fan blade, you should inspect it periodically for cracks around where the blade attaches to the pulley hub.
