: : Looking for the following Engine Tooling: Thrust Bearing Cutter; Rod Lathe; Rod Molds; Cap Molds; Oil Groove Cutter; and Pouring Molds for the Mains. Any help would be appreciated.

: John, I have been seeking the tooling you are looking for for several years. It is hard to find.I have found some through ads in Hemmings Motor News and various flea markets.Try the April & May issues of Hemmings.I believe there was some offered in the '03-'31 Ford parts section. Also, there is a fellow named Tom Godish (sp?) who operates the Model A Ford Works in Portland, Oregon who reproduces some tooling such as the grove cutters. It is not cheap, but is good stuff. E-Mail me if I can help with this.Good Luck! John Cannon

Thanks, John... We now have Tom Godish's sales catalog and he reproduces several things that we can use. His engine toolings are copies of KRWilson. I'm still looking for a nice Rod Lathe.John
