Lots of good answers to the question on lever movement. But I would like to know why you would need to use the throttle lever to adjust the idle speed.Under normal conditions you
would set the idle speed by the adjustment on the carb, and the throttle lever would be used just during warm ups, etc and would not be a factor while driving on the road.Could this be the sign of some other problem?
