Types of Steering Wheels?

I'm trying to learn if there were two or three steering wheels used in Model As. The usage/time chart on page 8-1 of the Judging Standards suggests only two:a rust red wheel and a black compostition one.But the words on the next page suggest there were actually three different wheels, including two types of black composition ones.A friend who's a long-time Model-Aer also tells me there were three types and says I've got a 30-31 wheel on the '29 Tudor I'm now restoring.It's a keyed wheel all dull black; I've got a 2-tooth steering sector.I presume he's right but would like some additional confirmation.Thanks.Roger Dean
