Body(door) alignment for '30 Town Car

I just finished replacing the dove tail plates, striker plates and associated rubber bumpers in the door frames of my '30 Town Car Sedan.Needless to say; its a little tough closing the doors now since the alignment is off by 1/4 - 3/8 inch between the front and back doors (top/both sides).
Any suggestions about how to get things lined up properly?The body is on the frame.THANX! in advance . . .
