Lou,

Some addtional thoughts on door alignment. One of the reasons for misaligned doors is a bent frame.Over the years many Model A frames tend to sag at the rear engine mounts. This causes the body to 'dip' right at the cowl, which in turn causes the rear of the front doors to be too high. The interesting (challanging) part with a 4 door is that 'shimming' is an art since everytime you shim you have to check 12 points on each side of the car. That would be the tops and bottoms of both the fronts and backs of the doors and hood. Good luck and just keep at it.

Bob
