I have the same problem.Real steep hill going up to the
South Hill with stop sign at bottom.Run it?Die?A person
could go out and find a set of 4.11 gears for the rear end
but then you're going to have to buy an overdrive to keep up
on the freeway.My only solution has been to just wave the
so-and-so's around at the bottom and "chug on up".Model A's
just don't have the ponies to climb a real steep one from a
standstill.HOWEVER - I do know a guy in the hillclimbing
club - he'd be the one to really talk to.I think that you'll
find that heavy modification has been involved, 'cause I can't
catch his car on level ground with my real good "stocker".
