left hand emer. brake

Hi "A" fans
My '28 tudor has a left hand emer. brake. Are there
many of these still around? If you have one, please send
me an e-mail message. Also my car has cowl lights too, I've
been told that not too many had cowl lights, is this true?
Also it has a small two bladed vacuum fan mounted on the
steering column, was this an option? My engine ser. no. is
