The best methods of un-swizing pins include lubricants like WD40 and/or heat. However, both of these would be detrimental to a good paint job. If you do not want to stain the paint and use WD40 use it very carefully, like use a suringe and wipe excess. You may then try to back drive the pin with a rod or another pin(drive from bottom up). My experience was that I added the lube and waited until the next day and after a light tap it came out easy.
