How to Inform Us Your Items have been sold

Your notice that items are sold would be much more effective if you'd post a FOLLOWUP to each of the ads. That way, anyone still reading those ads would see your cancellation immediately.
By posting this new message, it's too far away physically from the other want ads - people won't remember seeing it up here.
If you're conserned about having to type in the same message multiple times, don't be; use the "cut and paste" technique after you've composed the first message. Then you only need to "paste" the note in to each successive message.
This will save you time and get your message across much better, and will make this board a bit more organized.
