"Jack Rabbit" stop's ????

O.K. folks you have helped me out in the past, now I have another problem!!!! Seems that when I have been driving for a while (but not long) when I apply my brakes the car jump's to a stop... It will stop but seems to be grabbing, I have new front drum's and they were turned when I was at the Omaha meet a couple of years ago but the shoes were not arc'd (sp?) at that time. Could that be the problem??? After the drums were turned it worked fine for quite a while but It is now back.My current plan (unless I hear differently from y'all) is to pull all four drums and shoes and take them to a good local shop to be turned again and the shoes matched (arc'd) to fit. Any other idea's?? Respectively, KELLY
