Hope evwerythings works for you
As far as the spindles -- you could have the spindles reamed and put in oversize bushings.. or have them welded in and reamed.. -- or a little bit cheeper if the bushings just fit but you think they may spin under load you can try locktite not the normal stuf you are use to using, but cylinder sleave lock tite.. thoes berrings will never come out unless you heat them up to almost cheery read and then they would be able to be presed out..
