You'll need the hydraulic press (hope it's big).

BUT FIRST - the bores for the king pins, and perches should bechecked for good fit of there's wear and the pins / perches fit losely, then the axle probably isn't worth saving, particularly as they are pretty easy to find at swaps and cheap.Check also the flats at the perch locations for excessive wear generated if the axle was loose in the wishbone.

If you do straighten, the bores should all be co-planar.The King pin bore is parallel with the spring perch hole on the same side of the axle. The king pin and the perch bores are 7.5 degrees from vertical toward the center of the car with the axle level (this makes the angle betwen the right and left bores 15 degrees.
