I don't have a copy of the posts, hopefully your copy is on a disk to make things easier. First I think Harry gots to do some trouble shooting so we can best offer "A"dvice.
The CD thing Dale was talking about would be a great thing here. Only thing I would suggest is to make and include exploded diagrams to help the novice.
"Prof" Glen???? My wife says that means "Probably Repairing Old Fords"...she's right! It doesn't get any better than this.
