Harry,
Johns post about caster gets me to wonder and pose a question for the board. I think the axle is the same meaning it can be installed front wards or backwards, should not have an effect on caster, correct? Just trying to eliminate the possibility of an previous repair snafu, me thinks this can happen with the Model T.
If the axle is OK either way, look at Marco's sight for the alignment procedure. Sounds to me you have toe out.
I'm not done spending my 2 cents yet, look at the front cross member where the spring attaches, check for structural integrity. I've seen some of these completely busted apart. Sort of hard to get at, might have to pull the radiator shell to see. Just something to be aware of.
