: "...This carburetor was unmarked except for patent number 1,536,043 that was issued to Earl A. Bessom of the Wheeler-Schebler Carburetor Company in April 1925...

: "...This carburetor was sold by Marvel-Schebler and several other large retailers under their own brand names.We know Sears sold the unit as an Allstate Model 2405 for the Model A and Model B."
