Larry,
I had to remove the water pump from the engine head to replace the fan.But I did not have to remove the radiator. I just drained the cooling system, losed upper hose clamp and losed two nuts on radiator support rods. This allowed me to lean the radiator against headlight bar and remove water pump. All you may need is a new water pump gasket and some gasket sealer.

Good Luck,
Tim Wildey

: Will the radiator tilt far enough forward to get a wobbly 4 blade fan off the pump shaft?I Think that the taper in the fan's hub is worn oversize from a previous installation that may not have had the taper seated all the way on the shaft. The shaft is a new stainless steel one.The fan was used when I bought it.

: If not, are there any hints to make the job a little easier?

: Thanks..
