You are thinking about a song called Beep! Beep!A little Nash Rambler is following a Caddy and its horn keeps going Beep! Beep!The Caddy goes faster and faster to try and escape from the Rambler.At the end of the song the Ramler pulls up beside the Caddy and the driver hollers "Hey buddy, how do I get this thing out of second gear?".A fun novelty song.I do have it on an LP.
