Wouldn't it be more fun to drive your Model A once in a while in the winter?I drive mine almost daily here in Alaska, whenever the roads are plowed and sanded. It starts and runs fine down to around 5 above.I keep the battery charged if I don't run it at least once a week. The looks I get from people while driving in the snow are worth it!My personal experience with machinery of all kinds is that it lasts longer if used regularly.I have some old Linotypes and printing presses that get "stiff" even sitting in a heated building all winter.

But then, what do I know? Cheers!
