Could SAE 250 be close to Henry's 600W Oil

After reading the postings to this board about 600W oil and its modern counterparts I did my own research.I found that Texaco makes a product called "Thuban 250".It's a gear oil with a SAE rating of 250, almost twice that of the common600W replacements on the Model A market today. I plan to test it for myself next week. The main drawback here is that the smallest quantity sold is a 5-gallon bucket.
