: My car is an older (35+- yrs) restoration. I was replacing rusted out cotter pins on the front end, freeing up bolts etc., when one thing lead to another and the next thing I knew I had the whole drivers corner off. I found a kingpin kit under the seat, and want to install this kit as the old bushings were extremely sloppy. The local suspension shop doesn't have specs for the bushing hone. Can anyone provide these figures? Or any pointers which might assist me for reassembly, maybe a WWW site with exploded diagrams, or perhaps a restoration manual with pertinent data?
: Thanks

Dan,
The king pin bushings should be reamed to .814 in. As far as I know there isn't a exploded view on any of the sights, would be a great asset. Do you have a Fax? I can sent you a diagram.
