New to Model A - Don't know model

I have a 1930 Model A but I don't know what model it is.It is 4 door with windows behind the back doors.Thus, it has 4 windows in doors, the wind shield the 2 windows behind the doors and a back window.The back doors are suicide (open to front.The spare tire is in the left fender.It is left drive.It has bud vases inside.It is in very good shape with only a little body rust.The pin striping is hand applied.Any help in identifying the model would be appreciated.
