Paul:I just finished installing seat belts in a roadster and it was fairly easy. The outer belts attach to one of the body mounts just under the seat, like Giles suggested. The center belt mounting requires drilling holes in the storage pan under the seat.I drilled the holes in the vertical back wall of this pan and ran a piece of angle iron across the entire with of the pan since it is only thin sheet metal. The angle iron provides the necessary strength.Note that these holes are easily drilled from under the car.

Have Fun!John
