It's a tough thing to tell how to make something without a picture to go with it.You kind of have to write the thing with half your mind to the details of your design and the other half in the position of the person who has to make it.
Good description!I could tell exactly how to make and apply the thing from your narrative.
Have you considered a career move to engineering?You may be there now for all I know.Anyway, it's apparent you have skills in multiple areas which is something you don't get by accident. (it's a gift, actually.)
