what is it worth??

I saw a '31 "A" pickup for sale today
Runs well. engine looks real good.
body, fenders and frame have deep pitting.
bottom edge of both doors through rusted.
bed sides mostly ok, bed floor gonzo!!
truck appears mostly complete/ un-restored.
seller is asking $3,700. OBA does this sound High or about right. It needs a lot of work but is a salvagable vehicle.
I don't really know much about "A"'sso any input would be mos helpfull. Thanks!
