Model A Overdrives in OHIO ?

My 30 Tudor has an Overdrive installed just ahead of the differential.A previous owner sent me information on a Model A Overdrive Dealer in Portage, OH, 43451.They believe the unit was purchased from him a Mr Bob Green.
Does anyone know this fellow ??
