Fred

Exhaust whistle come in various shapes and sizes and I have seen them at parts swaps for anywhere from $50 to $150 for common ones.Condition and size/style dictactes price but also there are good reproduction whistles for $75 which tends to hold the price about there. To work the thing must have a valve which sometime is attached to the whistle and can make it worth a lot more since a good working valve of the correct size to fit the A exhaust pipe is a necessity in installing it.

Hope this helps.

W: I have a freind in Fairbanks ALaska that doesn't have a computer. He does have a whistle gizmo that makes a sound like a train and attaches to the exhaust near the manifold. We don't have swap meets here and I've never seen one advertised so we don't know what it's worth. He is 75 years young and wants to sell it.Any idea of price would be helpful,he thought it might be worth $100.
: Thanks in advance,
