Gapping Champion W16Y spark plugs

Hello all. Just got new replacement plugs. I've read that the plugs should be gapped to .035 for Champion 3X plugs. These plugs are NOT 3X, and come pre-gapped at .025. Should they be left alone, or gapped like the 3X?
