Zenith Carburator ??

What does it fit. I have Zenith carb, that will fit on the model A butis different as it has four screws holding it togeather,the gas inlet can be used from both sides. the choke can be used from both sides, the throttle shaft goes thru to be used from eather side, the gas needle comes from the bottom with a adjustment on it, and it shows only one jet in the venturi. Reads zenith on both sides and the # l499l A on the top.Idle air mixture screw about same place. Throttle plate stamped 15 . Seems to be made of potmetal.. Can anyone tell what it fits...?? Thanks,
