Thanks for all the responses and input. I went back and pulled the carb again....turned on the fuel and the line ran FULL with a strong stream.
The respondent with the thought that the ferrule was set back to far into the line wins!!!!!
I changed the ferrule to about 1/8th of an inch, double checked the float height and checked the jets...which were all OK and gave it a spin. The problem is gone.
Motor still doesn't run as good as before the rebuild...but I think with a little more break in and I plan to check valve clearance it should get stronger.
Any thoughts on valve clearance and specific procedure would be appreciated. (adjustable)
