Dave,all king pins 28 to 48 are the same diameter,usually about .812" for passenger cars.It is my opinion that a reamer does not do the best job of fitting king pins.The reamer tends to leave high and low spots in the bushings.The pin slides in and feels like a good fit,but in time the high spots wear down and the pin is now sloppy.I hone my king pins with a Sunnen pin honing machine.This gives you a precision fit to your pin with a very smooth surface without highspots.Any automotive machine shop will have this equipment.If you bring in the spindles clean,with bushings already installed,together with the pins for size/fit,the cost should be reasonable($10.00 or $20.00) Good luck.Ted
