Most flashers are marked as to which term. is power and which is load,this is important to get it to work right. I test the flashers with a 6volt batt. and two light sockets wired in parallel,connect light sockets to the load side and power to the other term. on the flasher then ground the other wire on the socket to the batt.,the two bulbs should flash.
