Yes, those correspond to standard wire gage sizes. Those drills should be readily available at any industrial supply house. I've got a catalog from Enco Manufacturing Co. in frontof me...they are a discount supplier of machinery, tools and assorted supplies. They have locations around the country for fast shipping and have good customer service. They also tend to cary lots of good stuff as well as lower quality imports (best to go with the good stuff). Anyway, their made in USA set of wire gage drills from 61-80 is part number 300-0017, with a shipping weight of .1 lbs. These little drills are pretty delicate, they also list them individually, and they are sold only in packs of 12 of one size. The part numbers for them are 300-03** with the *'s being the size of the drill you want. Sizes 61-68 are 32 cents each. They do have a minimum order of $25. You would probably also want a pin vise to use with the bits, they have a 4 piece set, part number 830-0320 for $5.99 and several individual ones ranging from $2-$5.
Their number is 1-800-873-3626. They route it to the location closest to you
