I agree with Henry's comments about POR-15. I live in the RUST BELT and it is the only stuff that sticks to and seals against the elements. An excellent choice for the chassis. It works great for sealing the back of panel repairs. They also have an engine paint that is the best I've ever used although it take about a week to dry.
