I would vote for re-doing the reflectors the same way Henry did them - silverplate.Any good silverplater, who refinishes silverware, can do headlamp reflectors for a moderate charge.If the headlamp is sealed properly the reflectors will not need repolishing for many years, and despite what I have read, the appearance of the aluminum coated reflectors is not the same - mine looked distinctly "yellow" when seen through the lens, and appeared to be a tarnished reflector!It may indeed have a higher reflective percentage, but it didn't look correct on my car.It may have just been my particular reflector that looked this way, but I have not had any noticeable dulling to the silver which was put on after 4 years.
