On the West Coast, I recommend Wayne Andrus of Eugene, Oregon.
He sold me a set of 1931 Oregon plates that were perfect.Current outright price (if he has them) for Oregon or California plates are about $200.However, if you have the plates, he charges about $100 to restore them.
