Bill, height is not the only consideration. Of more importance is width. You need room to work. Room to strow the tools around and still be able to find them. Room to pick up a front axle and turn around and not knock all the paint cans off of the shelf. Room to install the windshield hinge under the header and still be able to slide the windshield in from the side. There are 5000 parts in the Model A, I have mentioned but a few... they all need room to grow... build it as big as your property and pocketbook will allow and it'll only be slightly cramped.

God Speed Under 50.

The Model A Fool.

: I am planning to build a garage this summer and would like to be able in the future to remove the body from my '29 Coupe. What would be a good minimum height for various removal options, i.e. steering column left on the frame vs.other methods.Open to any and all suggestions at this point.
