Rick,
Since I'm not familiar with the properties of the various lubricants, I'm somewhat uncomfortable with the idea a creating a "gearlube stew". With all the talent and knowledge of this message board's readers, maybe we can get some knowledgable input on this.
In the meantime, I did some hunting a while back and found I could by gear lube direct in 55 gallon drums (I didn't opt for that!).I also found a bottle of "Penrite Transoil 250" which seems good. They apparently do not have formal distribution channels in the U.S. I have not contacted them yet to see if they would provide a list of customers in the western U.S.
